AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 6-21 RELATING TO THE PAYMENT OF COSTS IN CIVIL ACTIONS SO AS TO ALLOW THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF JOHNSTON COUNTY TO APPORTION THE COSTS IN TAX FORECLOSURE SUITS IN JOHNSTON COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 6-21 is amended by inserting after subsection 9 the figures and words as follows:

"10.     Tax foreclosure suits."

Sec. 2. This Act shall apply only to Johnston County.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall become effective from and after its ratification.
