HOUSE BILL 1099

AN ACT RELATING TO THE FUNDS OF THE BRUNSWICK COUNTY PEACE OFFICERS' RELIEF ASSOCIATION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. All funds in the hands of the Brunswick County Peace Officers' Relief Association shall be transferred and paid into the General Fund of Brunswick County, and they may be expended for any proper county public purpose.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
