AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 368 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1947 RELATING TO THE AUTHORITY OF PASQUOTANK COUNTY TO APPROPRIATE FUNDS FROM ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGE CONTROL STORE PROFITS TO INCREASE SALARIES OF PUBLIC SCHOOL TEACHERS OF SAID COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. Chapter 368 of the Session Laws of 1947 relating to the authority of the Board of Commissioners of Pasquotank County to appropriate funds to increase the salaries of teachers in the public schools of said county be and the same is hereby repealed.
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.
