HOUSE BILL 602

AN ACT AUTHORIZING THE CLERK OF SUPERIOR COURT OF JOHNSTON COUNTY TO TRANSFER CERTAIN FUNDS TO THE GENERAL FUND OF SAID COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The Clerk of Superior Court of Johnston County is hereby authorized and directed to pay into the General Fund of Johnston County the sum of one thousand thirty-three dollars and twenty-eight cents ($1,033.28) now held by said Clerk in an "Adjustment Account".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective from and after its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 9th day of May, 1967.
