AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-9(43)       SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF ONSLOW COUNTY TO LEVY A SPECIAL TAX FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING THE SALARIES AND OTHER EXPENSES OF THE OFFICES OF COUNTY ACCOUNTANT, FARM DEMONSTRATION AGENT, HOME DEMONSTRATION AGENT AND VETERANS SERVICE OFFICER.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The second paragraph of G. S. 153-9(43), as it appears in the 1965 Supplement of the General Statutes, is hereby amended by inserting after the comma following the word "Montgomery" and before the word "Orange" in line six of said paragraph the word "Onslow".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect upon its ratification.
