HOUSE BILL 1370

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 775, SESSION LAWS OF 1967, AS IT RELATES TO THE MARKING OF BALLOTS, SO AS TO MAKE IT APPLICABLE TO MARTIN COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 163-151(c)2 of Chapter 775, Session Laws of 1967, is hereby amended by inserting the word "Martin" immediately after the word "Lenoir" therein.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
