SENATE BILL 506

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 160-453.12 AS IT APPLIES TO THE TOWN OF KING.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 160-453.12 is hereby amended by adding at the end of the first paragraph thereof the following words: "This part shall not apply to the Town of King in Stokes County."

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be effective upon its ratification.
