SENATE BILL 496

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 153-9, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE THE APPOINTMENT OF A COUNTY PLUMBING INSPECTOR IN CLEVELAND COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-9(47) is hereby amended by inserting the word "Cleveland" immediately after the word "Buncombe" in line 1 of the second paragraph thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
