HOUSE BILL 551

AN ACT TO AMEND CHAPTER 160 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES SO AS TO MAKE SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO POLK COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 160-227.1 is hereby amended by deleting the word "Polk" in line 6 thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
