HOUSE BILL 462

AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 17, CHAPTER 66, OF THE GENERAL STATUTES, RELATING TO CLOSING-OUT SALES, SO AS TO MAKE IT APPLICABLE TO IREDELL COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 66-84 is hereby amended by inserting the word "Iredell", immediately after the word Haywood and immediately before the word Jackson, in line 4 thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
