HOUSE BILL 1181

AN ACT RELATING TO THE COMPENSATION OF THE MEMBERS OF THE PITT COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The compensation to be paid the Chairman of the Pitt County Board of Education is hereby fixed at sixty dollars ($60.00) per month and the compensation to be paid each of the other members of said Board is hereby fixed at thirty dollars ($30.00) per month.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective July 1, 1965.
