HOUSE BILL 1111
AN ACT TO APPROPRIATE TO THE DEPARTMENT OF AGRICULTURE THE SUM OF $42,300.00 FROM THE GENERAL FUND TO BE USED FOR UP-DATING THE RANDOM SAMPLING TESTS AT THE PIEDMONT RESEARCH STATION IN ROWAN COUNTY.
The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:
Section 1. There is hereby appropriated from the General Fund of the State to the Department of Agriculture the sum of thirty-seven thousand three hundred dollars ($37,300.00) for the first year of the 1965-67 biennium, and five thousand dollars ($5,000.00) for the second year of the 1965-67 biennium, to up-date the Poultry Random Sampling Research Tests operations at the Piedmont Research Station in Rowan County.
Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.
Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect on and after July 1, 1965.
