HOUSE BILL 188

AN ACT TO AMEND ARTICLE 24A OF CHAPTER 153 OF THE GENERAL STATUTES RELATING TO SPECIAL ASSESSMENTS FOR WATER AND SEWERAGE FACILITIES SO AS TO MAKE THE  SAME APPLICABLE TO ONSLOW COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 153-294.19 is hereby amended by striking out the word "Onslow," in line 7 thereof.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall become effective upon its ratification.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 24th day of March, 1965.
