SENATE BILL 523

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 387, PUBLIC-LOCAL LAWS OF 1933, AND CHAPTER 776, SESSION LAWS OF 1961 RELATING TO COMPENSATION OF THE COUNTY ATTORNEY OF HARNETT COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapter 387, Public-Local Laws of 1933, and Chapter 776, Session Laws of 1961, are hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
