HOUSE BILL 854

AN ACT TO AUTHORIZE THE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF GUILFORD COUNTY TO FIX AND DETERMINE THE FEES AND COMMISSIONS TO BE CHARGED BY THE CLERK OF THE DOMESTIC RELATIONS COURT OF GUILFORD COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 333, 1955 Session Laws, is hereby amended by inserting, immediately following the word "court" and immediately before the word "the" in line three thereof, the words: "Clerk of Domestic Relations Court".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
