HOUSE BILL 661

AN ACT TO FIX THE TRAVEL AND OTHER EXPENSES OF THE MEMBERS OF THE DUPLIN COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Each member of the Board of Education of Duplin County shall receive, in lieu of any per diem that may now be provided by law, five hundred and twenty dollars ($520.00) per year for his travel and other expenses incident to the performance of his duties.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
