HOUSE BILL 380

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 99 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1951 CONCERNING THE DISPOSITION OF DELINQUENT TAX COLLECTIONS IN WASHINGTON COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. Chapter 99 of the Session Laws of 1951 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect on and after July 1, 1963.

In the General Assembly read three times and ratified, this the 16th day of April, 1963.
