HOUSE BILL 84

AN ACT TO AMEND G. S. 160-227.1, 1959 SUPPLEMENT TO THE GENERAL STATUTES, SO AS TO AUTHORIZE MUNICIPALITIES IN MACON COUNTY TO ADOPT SUBDIVISION ORDINANCES.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. G. S. 160-227.1 is amended by striking out in line 5 of said Section the word "Macon,".

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
