AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER 1034 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1959 EXEMPTING BUNCOMBE COUNTY FROM THE PROVISIONS OF CHAPTER 346 OF THE SESSION LAWS OF 1957 RELATING TO THE SERVICE OF WARRANTS IN CRIMINAL ACTIONS.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Chapter 1034 of the Session Laws of 1959 is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. That the intent and purpose of this Act is to make the provisions of Chapter 346 of the Session Laws of 1957 and the provisions of G. S. 15-21 applicable to Buncombe County.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall become effective from and after its ratification.
