AN ACT TO AMEND HOUSE BILL NO. 182 RELATING TO THE HUNTING AND TAKING OF AMPHIBIANS IN NORTH CAROLINA.

 

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

 

Section 1. Section 2(a) of House Bill No. 182, ratified June 20, 1961, and to be codified as Chapter 1056 of the 1961 Session Laws, is hereby amended by striking out the word "Martin" as the same appears in said Section.

Sec. 2. The intent and purpose of this Act is to provide that the provisions of House Bill No. 182 shall be applicable to Martin County.

Sec. 3. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 4. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
