SENATE BILL 117

AN ACT TO EXTEND THE TIME FOR MAKING THE QUADRENNIAL REVALUATION AND REASSESSMENT OF REAL PROPERTY IN IREDELL COUNTY.

The General Assembly of North Carolina do enact:

Section 1. The Board of County Commissioners of Iredell County is authorized, in its discretion, to defer or postpone until the year 1960 the quadrennial revaluation and reassessment of real property for ad valorem tax purposes as required by G. S. 105-278.

Sec. 2. All laws and clauses of laws in conflict with this Act are hereby repealed.

Sec. 3. This Act shall be in full force and effect from and after its ratification.
